Srinagar, Feb 11 (KNO) : Bharatiya Janata Party on Sunday expressed solidarity with the slain soldiers and a civilian killed in a Fidayeen attack at Sunjwa Military Station in Jammu. In a statement here BJP spokesman Khalid Jehangir said, “Our heart goes out for the families who lost their kith and kin in the attack. Words are not enough to condemn this barbaric attack.” He said the soldiers killed in the attack hailed from Jammu and Kashmir and they laid down their lives for the nation. “Pakistani intruders who carried out this attack are least bothered about Kashmir and Kashmiris as their only aim is to bleed the people of Jammu and Kashmir,” Jehangir added. He said, “People of J&K have been witnessing violence for the past 30-years. Pakistan has turned Jammu and Kashmir into a battle field and is trying its best to send more and more militants into the state.” The BJP spokesman said that people should wake up and isolate the forces which are hell bent upon destroying the state. “The people who support Pakistan should accept that neighbouring country is a failed state and is using the people of J&K to avenge its defeats in the wars which it lost to India,” he added. Jehangir said that security forces are giving a befitting reply to Pakistan and the militants being sponsored by it and the neighbouring country would be taught a lesson for indulging in misadventures.
